Welcome to AH Collections! By accessing or using our website (www.ahCollections.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AH Collections’ website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product details (images, colors, sizes), but minor variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in mentioned price and subject to change without notice. Discounts/coupons apply only as per their promotion terms.

  • Custom Orders: Customized items (e.g., embroidered outfits, personalized accessories) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are finalized once payment is processed. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders above [AMOUNT] may require advance payment.

  • Cancellations: Cancel orders within 12 hours of placement via your account or by emailing [support@ahCollections.com]. Customized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery timelines vary by location (domestic: 5-7 days; international: 10-15 days).

  • Tracking: Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to monitor your order.

  • Undelivered Orders: Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability will be refunded after 2 retries.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Return unused, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions: undergarments, socks, and customized products.

  • Process: Initiate returns via your account dashboard or email returns@ahCollections.com with order details and photos of the item.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Do not misuse product images/descriptions, spam, or attempt to disrupt the site’s functionality.

  • Intellectual Property: All content (logos, designs, text) is owned by AH Collections. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

AH Collections is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) from site use or product purchases.

  • Minor product variations or wear/tear due to misuse.

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
